Job Description岗位描述
1.Responsible for the electronic product group (UID, BCM, IBS, etc.) daily FA work;
负责电子产品组（钥匙，控制器，电池智能传感器）日常分析工作的展开并完成相关分析报告；
2.Build up the analysis equipment/facilities to fulfill the daily analysis required;
建立失效分析所需要的设备；
3.Take lead corresponding department to dig out the failure cause;
领导相应部门寻找出失效原因；
4.Working with other department to make improvement base on the failure cause;
基于失效原因协同其他部门做出改进；
5.FA lab management, equipment maintenance and instrument calibration;
协助进行FA实验室管理，设备维护以及仪器的校验管理；
6.Take lead CLR & WR analysis work if necessary;
主导客退件和市场退件的分析工作；
7.Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.
质量经理安排的其他工作。
Necessary requirements 任职资格
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic and Manufacturing is required;
电子类专业本科及以上学历；
2.General knowledge in electronic & the measurement method;
理解基本电路理论以及测量方法；
3.Willing to learn and good team work attitude;
积极的工作态度和团队合作，具有强烈的学习意愿；
4.Good communication skill, responsibility, positive thinking;
良好的沟通技巧，有责任心的，正面思考的；
5.Fluent English.
