岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
1.Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. and convince others within the organization where past practices or divergent views constrain agreement.
2.Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process. Sometimes need to identify problems and update in own role without the benefit of defined procedures.
3.As an individual contributor, apply broad to deep knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of more than one technical/operational practice.
4.Estimate the time required to perform the necessary tasks using available documentation in consultation with the responsible department.
5.Execute test according to related documents
6.Adjust and check sample devices or test benches according to the specification
7.Support to create/optimize processes and workflows
8.Recognize assembly, function or test defects and eliminate the defects, if needed with the support of design department
任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major relate with electronics or electrical
2.Good command of oral English.
3.Good communication and coordination skill.
