Position Description：
Purpose of the Position:

Provides mechanical design solutions for existing and new equipment/process; analyzes and advances equipment reliability for continuous improvement and cost advantages.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day problem solving support to production, quality, and technology
Train trainers and technicians on new equipment and processes
Identify root cause and implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Implement and document through change management any material, process and/or equipment changes
Use statistical methodologies for problem solving and improvements
Perform capability study for processes and products
Support new product introductions through equipment installation, execution of process certification plans, documentation, and training.
Participate or lead product line improvement projects using manufacturing engineering excellence methodologies/tools
Perform technology synchronization projects with other plants
Perform capability studies  for processes and products and establish roadmap for improvement in equipment designs, or way of maintaining/improving their performance

Education & Experience：
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering 
Knowledge in manufacturing environment; or excellent performance in college for fresh new graduates
Solid knowledge of mechanical design, materials and structural design
Experience with equipment designing preferred
Project management experience plus
