Job Responsibilities
Reconciliation administrators are primarily responsible for managing risk for their clients through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of cash, share, pricing, income, and market value variances. The administrator identifies researches and reports exceptions for each client account (fund). Critical functions performed include the matching of State Street and external portfolio data, identification of all differences between the two parties, research of the differences using State Street’s accounting system, and reporting of these differences to our clients. The administrator also works to provide quick resolution to complex issues in their process and assists management with various other projects or tasks.
