1. To learn production process and production equipment of Voith Paper production within different dept. And can operate equipment independently.

2. To learn and master the products and process of Voith Paper FRS rolls.
了解福伊特辊子产品线所有产品，并深入学习各生产线工段工艺。
3. Learning Voith quality standard and put the standard into practice to improve yield rate.
学习了解福伊特质量标准，并将其运用于现场生产，提升产品合格率。
4. Learning professional management tools including 5S, OpEx by serial training, and use these tools to improve and optimize workshop.
学习5S，TPM，OpEx等管理工具，并将此管理工具积极运用于现场管理中，提升生产效率。
5. Master the skill of human resources, Ensure effective management of staff including training, development and motivation.
掌握基本人力资源管理工具，从招聘，培训，到绩效考核等，学习有效的人员管理。
要求：
Bachelor degree or above fresh graduate, major in Mechanical Engineering background is preferred
本科或以上学历应届毕业生，机械工程专业背景优先
Have a good English ability in reading and writing
熟练使用英语
Have a good office ability
熟练使用office办公软件
Quick learner with strong problem solving skills
