职位描述:

1. 协助部门日常行政事务,部门物品的管理及采购,会议的安排及记录等;

2. 协助部门相关信息的收集、统计及数据库维护及完善;

3. 协助部门内部各种文件、资料的整理及保管,协助制作部门相关文档及表单;

4 协助部门之间的联络、沟通、协调、配合等工作。


任职要求:

  1. 实习,每周出勤3天;
  2. 能够使用office、EXCEL等办公软件;
  3. 工作细致、认真、有责任心,较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力;
  4. 有较强的学习能力和执行力,对数据较敏感;
  5. 人力资源/心理学/统计/数学/计算机/经济/管理学等专业优先。
