Position Summary

作为一名实习生，您将在较资深的团队成员的指导下协助执行客户业务。您将搜集和分析公开资料，并且准备英语报告及汇报。您亦会负责收集、整理及审查会计及财务数据和研究，并记录您的工作。

As an intern, you will be required to assist on client engagements under the supervision of more senior members of the team. You will typically collect and analyse information from the public domain and prepare reports and presentations in English. You will also undertake tasks such as gathering, organising and reviewing accounting and financial data, undertaking research, and documenting your work.

You will benefit from on-the-job coaching from experienced members of the team, and will need to develop a strong knowledge of the legal process, especially with regards to litigation, fraud and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities

  Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time with regular supervision.

• 搜集和分析公开资料以支持调查、商业信息和咨询工作
  Collection and analysis of information from research of public-domain sources to support on-going investigative, business intelligence and consulting assignments.

• 评估资料及其来源的可靠性、准确性和相关性以评估风险

  Evaluation of information and information sources for accuracy, reliability and relevance in assessing risk.

• 进行财务比率和公司分析，及建立基本财务模型
  Perform financial, ratio and comparable company analysis, and basic financial modelling.

• 记录假设、方法及信息来源
  Document assumptions, methodology and information sources.

• 协助准备报告及汇报
  Assist with preparation of reports and presentations.

• 与高级同僚紧密合作进行客户项目，
  Work closely with senior colleagues on client matters.

岗位要求
Key Requirements

• 大学本科在读，主修会计、金融、经济或相关专业
  Studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.

• 取得大学英语六级
  CET Band 6.

• 具备流利的英语和普通话的听说读写能力
  Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.

• 出色的撰写英语报告技巧
  Strong report writing skills in English.

• 出色的分析及计算能力
  Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

• 熟悉网络金融研究资源
  Familiarity with Internet-based financial research resources.

• 熟悉微软Office软件
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
