Embedded SW Electronic Engineer（嵌入式软件电子工程师）

Job Title: Embedded SW Electronic Engineer  Organization: Varroc TYC Auto Lamps Co., Ltd.

Location: Changzhou, Chongqing China    Reports To:  Electronic Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

¨ Responsible for Software Development in Lighting Systems for vehicle exterior lighting control ECUs (headlamps, rear lamps and body controllers) in standard C (16/32 bit architectures);

¨ Responsible for Software Development relative documentations building;

¨ Responsible for implementation and integration of third party SW and AUTOSAR components;

¨ Responsible for Analysis and review of system, functional project requirements;

¨ Responsible for preparation of detailed software architectures, software requirements;

¨ Responsible for preparation of SW detailed designs (e.g. UML / Matlab / Simulink);

¨ Responsible for technical communication and coordination with Varroc EU team about software development;

¨ Close cooperation with the SW validation including review of test specifications, issue solving, support test bench preparation…;

¨ Fulfillment/compliance of quality requirements for Software Development Processes (Automotive SPICE);

¨ Responsible for technical communication of software development with customer and support vehicle integration and test drives at customer side during project design phase;

¨ Access, build and provide the required software development data for new projects quotation;

¨ Provide technical support to new technology promotion of software development;

¨ Make and improve specifications of software development;

¨ Assist in software programming of products functional test and EoL test on production line;

¨ Assist in analyzing and solving issues of electronic parts;

¨ Provide technical support to software management for quality system audit;

¨ Work on technical innovation and scout for cost optimization and implementation of electronic parts;

¨ Work with an internal and interdisciplinary engineering and project team.

Key Qualifications:

¨ Master degree or above of engineering education background in auto electronics or computer;

¨ Good C programming skills;

¨ Good knowledge of microcontroller systems and good understanding of electronic systems and circuits – ideally including mechatronic systems such as Stepper- und DC-motors;

¨ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation;

¨ Experience in:

n Automotive embedded Software components (CAN-Bus, LIN Bus and AUTOSAR);

n Experience with PLM tools (e.g. IBM-RTC), and development tool-chains (e.g. DOORS, Vector-CANoe, Matlab / Simulink, MISRA 2012, QAC, VectorCAST, LabView);

n Experience in complying to ASPICE and ideally ISO26262;

¨ Fluent with speaking and writing English;

¨ Very good teamwork orientation and capability to lead a SW project team;

¨ Quick learner and effective communicator, as well as interest and enthusiasm in acquiring experience;

¨ Willing to take challenges.

工作职责：

¨ 负责汽车外部照明系统电子控制单元（头灯、尾灯和车身控制）的C语言软件开发（6/32位架构）；

¨ 负责软件开发过程中相关文档的建立；

¨ 负责第三方软件和AUTOSAR组件的实现与集成；

¨ 分析和评估系统、功能项目要求；

¨ 负责详细的软件体系结构、软件需求的准备；

¨ 负责详细的软件设计编制（如UML / Matlab / Simulink）；

¨ 负责软件开发与欧洲团队的沟通和协调；

¨ 与SW验证紧密合作，包括审查测试规范，解决问题，支持测试准备工作…

¨ 符合、满足软件开发过程的质量要求（Automotive SPICE）；

¨ 负责软件开发方面与客户的技术交流，并在项目设计阶段向客户提供车辆集成和测试驱动的技术支持；

¨ 评估、制作和提供新项目报价所需的软件开发资料；

¨ 对新技术推广的软件开发提供技术支持；

¨ 制作和优化软件开发的规范性文件；

¨ 协助用于产品测试和产线检测的功能性程序编写；

¨ 协助分析和解决电子类零部件出现的问题；

¨ 对质量部门体系评审中的嵌入式软件管理提供技术支持；

¨ 寻求技术创新和致力于现有产品中电子类零部件的成本优化和执行；

¨ 致力于团队合作；

主要资历要求：

¨ 汽车电子或计算机相关专业，硕士及以上学历；

¨ 精通C语言编程；

¨ 精通微控制器系统，熟悉电子系统和电路，包括步进电机和直流电机等机电一体化系统；

¨ 良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识；

¨ 产品设计经验：

n 汽车嵌入式软件（CAN、LIN总线和AUTOSAR）；

n 拥有项目管理工具的使用经验（如IBM-RTC）和开发工具的使用经验（如DOORS, Vector-CANoe, Matlab / Simulink, MISRA 2012, QAC, VectorCAST, LabView）；

n 拥有ASPICE经验，熟悉ISO26262；

¨ 良好的英语听说读写能力；

¨ 具有良好的团队合作精神和领导项目团队的能力；

¨ 良好的学习、沟通能力和工作素养；

¨ 善于接受挑战性工作；
