Design Engineer (2人)

Your challenge

• Shape and define our next generation of advanced LDMOS and GaN RF power transistors, high power MMICs and modules for RF mobile broadband.

• Simulation and verification of RF power transistors within the application environment to guarantee efficiency, ruggedness, stability, linearizability, manufacturability and user-friendliness.

• Support in bringing the RF transistors, MMICs and modules to mass-manufacturing.

• Link key RF transistor performance parameters to related die layout and process technology parameters to drive for improvements in our current and next generation processes.

• Propose, define and develop innovative design solutions to meet market trends and steer technology requirements for future mobile broadband applications.

• Actively build and maintain a network of contacts within Ampleon in own and related fields to gain and share knowledge.

Your Profile

• You are passionate about RF power technology and applications

• Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics

• Knowledge on design of Doherty power amplifiers

• Have a pro-active attitude, hands-on mentality, team player and good communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
