Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate person in a polite and professional manner, take messages and direct to the person concerned on a timely basis.
- Receive visitors in the lobby, arrange for them to register in the Log Book and notify person being contracted his/her representative to come to lobby.
- Ensure no visitor are allowed to enter general office area unless accompanies by a company employee.
- Ensure lobby entrance area is maintained neatly at all times during the day.
- Handle office mails and newspapers properly: distributing in-coming mail/fax and keeping records if necessary; sending out-going mails on a timely basis and keeping records; distributing newspapers/ magazines to appropriate person/ department on time.
- Provide a range of administrative support services to ensure an efficient and effective day-to-day running of the company, which includes arranging work meal and water, air tickets reservation, welcome board update, keeping stationary and other office facilities sufficient.
- Carry out other duties and assignments as required by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferable major in Human Resource Management, Law or Administration;
- At least 2 years relative working experience in multinational manufacturing companies;
- Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills;
- Good team player, could independently handle conflicts;
- Well organized, logical thinking, ability to prioritize & solve problems independently;
- Good time & process management, excellent documentation & file management skill;
- Carefulness, integrity & sense of confidentiality;
- Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zimbra); - Fluent in both oral and written English.
