| 岗位职责： | 职位介绍 Sales Compensation organization handles Quota to Cash Sales Incentive programs, delivers end to end solutions and services for all kinds of sales compensation matters to HPE sales force throughout the regions/countries. Business Analyst is accountable for Sales Compensation Experience of HPE sales force, through strong business governance and proactive engagement with HPE Sales Management. Job Description Education and Experience Required: ?Equivalent Graduate Degree in Business Administration preferred ?Related work experience in Sales Compensation, Sales operations, Finance and/ or Project Management experience/training Responsibilities: ?Provide business analytics support as well as the new or improved processes, program, and tools for implementations ?Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand business/customer impact ?Engagement with local sales teams, & business supporting functions ?Link between Sales Compensation and Sales forces, HR, Finance, Legal, payroll |
| 技能要求： | Knowledge and Skills: ?Strong communication skills i.e. written, verbal, presentation, priority management skills, flexibility, can-do attitude ?Ability to conduct research, data analysis, and provide findings for projects ?Ability to work in a complex environment a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adapt to an ever-changing environment ?Ability to work under pressure, independently and with proactivity ?Ability to work with remote interfaces management, colleagues, and stakeholders & in a multicultural environment ?Demonstrated ownership and accountability behaviors, project management, problem solving, and analytical skills ?Experience in process improvement projects & methodology ?Basic financial and business acumen, strong customer mindset ?Willingness to build and invest into a strong Business oriented experience ?Strong knowledge in Microsoft programs, such as Excel Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook ?Mastery in English, other languages also a plus |
