KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

• Perform a proper shift turnover about his/her responsible.

  正确的完成岗位交接班。

• Supervise on site the whole process building and utilities so as to make sure whole plant runs smoothly. Operate the manual equipments.

  监控主厂房、公用工程运作平稳。现场操作各手动设备。

• Observe abnormalities carefully and collect first-hand information and report to shift supervisor if necessary.

  仔细观察异常现象并收集第一手资料，然后尽快向主管汇报。

• Multi-skill: Familiar with all area operating skills including kneader, pumps, packing machine, HDK dosing, DCS, SAP, QC , etc.

  多技能要求：熟悉所有区域的生产操作技能，包括：捏合机、泵、包装机、HDK加料，DCS、QC、SAP的操作等。

• Maintain good 5S standards for all his responsible area.

  保持相关区域良好的5S标准。

• Make clear, right and real time production records.

  清晰、正确和实时地做好生产记录。

• Perform work permit.

  执行工作许可证。

• When have free time, support others who may need help.

  有空闲时间时，支持其他需要帮助的人。

• Share experience with others.

  和其他人分享你的经验。

• Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned to field operator by shift supervisor.

  轮班主管可能安排的其他杂活。

          Experience/Skill Requirement经验/技能要求

• Equal or above vocational/high school.

  技校/高中及以上学历。

• Good safety knowledge and awareness.

  良好的安全知识和安全意识。

• Familiar with basic chemical process. Familiar with common chemical industrial equipments.

  熟悉基本的化工工艺。熟悉常见的化工设备。

• Know basic automatic process control theory. Prefer to familiar with DCS(Distributed Control System)

  了解基本的工艺自动控制原理，熟悉DCS系统者优先。

• Willing to work on shift and keep energetic for shift work.

  愿意轮班工作并保持精力充沛。

• Need attend government authority training and get certification for some special work, eg, pressure vessel operation, folk-lifter operation.., based on job requirements.

  根据工作需要，需要参加政府相关部门的培训并取得证书，如压力容器操作，叉车操作等。

• Able to use Windows, Words and Excel

  会使用Windows, Words 和 Excel

• Able to know basic chemical English words.

  能知道化工基本英文。

• Clear and effective oral communication skill.

  清晰有效的沟通技巧

• Willing to permeate into the team so as to create a coordinative, learning and active working atmosphere.

薪酬待遇：

转正前：18.5元/小时、5天8小时工作制

转正后：五险一金、商业险、有竞争力的薪酬、年度旅游、有班车，工作餐，轮班12小时工作制。
