Job Details:
1. propose and implement legal solutions in respect of dispute investments and assets in a wide range of industries;
2. take appointment of offshore liquidators and receivers to undertake commercial and legal investigations into PRC enterprises and facilitate necessary restructuring or refinancing;
3. establish and implement recovery and restructuring plans for onshore and offshore banks in relation to their non - performance loans;
4. provide strong and proactive legal support on commercial, financing and corporate transactions;
5. conduct legal research and provide legal opinion for projects issues;
6. draft and revise agreements and legal documents;
7. provide other legal support as may be required.
