Responsibility工作职责:
Performs a variety of routine activities within Human Resources to support major processes such as staffing, employee development, performance management, employee relations and communications.
支持人力资源招聘,员工发展,绩效管理,员工关系等日常工作
Support recruiting activities arrangement, including resume screen, interview and offer talk
支持招聘简历筛选,面试安排,沟通offer等工作
Assist in Staffing process including preparation and follow up for on boarding, separation, probation, transfer in ,transfer out, promotion and other employee changes;
协助员工入职,离职,试用期,内部调转,提升及其它员工变动流程。
Assist in Employee Engagement activities, including activity organization, logistics arrangement, and coordination with other departments;
协助员工保留活动,包括员工活动的计划和组织,行程安排,与业务部门沟通协调等。
Provide HR Reports and maintain employee database & Files.
维护人力资源相关数据和文件,向员工和经理提供人力资源相关信息
Qualifications 任职资格:
Bachelor and above degree in Management related major.
管理相关专业学士学位
Good English skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
良好的英文水平,读写、口语流利。
Microsoft Office computing skills.
熟练掌握微软办公软件的使用。
Ability to communicate effectively with employees & managers.
能有效地与员工和经理沟通。
