("PWC") was established in Feb 1996, with its major shares held by Pratt &Whitney ("P&W") division of United Technologies Corporation ("UTC", a Fortune 500) , USA. P&W is one of the world’s three biggest engine manufactures, having almost half portion of the whole world’s commercial engine market. The total investment of PWC is US$85 million. Among the total investment, P&W owns 86.2%, CEGC 8.6% and AVICII 5.2 %. PWC produces complex parts for the world’s advanced aero engines and gas turbines.
