KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
1. In charge of Silicones daily service to meet Silicones admin standard;
2. In charge of office administration work, such as, travel, meeting organization, translation, travel expense claim, agenda making etc.
3. Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.
4. Planning / handling and support of internal meetings and external meeting and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all events;
5. Support in collection, maintenance, update and filing of various database, documents or reports, etc.
5. Act as a coordinator to support Silicones GC commercial offices.
6. Other task assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
1. Student of of college or university
2. Be able to work for more than 3 days per week
3. Fluency in English
4. Proactive, initiative, efficient, well organized
5. Customer oriented
6. Self-discipline
7. Interpersonal understanding
