- 负责日本研发中心成员招聘工作

- 负责日本研发中心建立过程中的各项日方对接工作

- 翻译相关日文资料，为日本技术专家提供翻译

- 协助人事经理制定年度招聘计划；协助审核各业务&职能部门的年度岗位编制

- 协助审核、修订内部招聘&内部推荐的人事管理制度

- 根据年度招聘计划，制定社会招聘&校园招聘的方案

- 每年4月-5月负责开展暑期实习招聘项目，9-10月负责开展秋季招聘工作

- 完成人事经理交办的各项工作

任职要求：

- 学历：日语专业本科及以上

- 经验：2019届应届生

- 专业知识：日语，英语
