Human Resources Department in ICBCI consists of HRBP & Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development and other functions. HRD also engages in the Company's human capital planning and strategy formulation.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in all-round HR-related matters within the department;
Partnering with hiring managers and HRBP in the screening and interviewing of candidates, including coordination & scheduling of interviews as required;
Assist in daily operations in C&B team including payroll administration, MPF contributions, tax reporting, rental reimbursement, medical benefit administration, and leave management;
Maintain and update the HR system in a timely and accurate manner;
Assist end-to-end training process including drafting training proposals and collecting feedback;
Communicate with ICBC Headquarter on employee-related matters;
Other ad hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
You need to be an undergraduate or graduate student in your final year of study from any degree discipline and have a strong interest in HR area. To qualify for this program, you should have strong analytic and research skills, as well as outstanding communications and interpersonal skills. In addition, you are required to have strong problem-solving skills, ability to understand and evaluate complex information. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
