Job Description

A Logistics Assistant for EYELEVEL is the person responsible for assisting logistics manager to organizes and cooperate logistic related things. He is the first and foremost the person who organizes our expedition services. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, and team players working closely with our account, production and roll-out managers, assembly teams, forwarders, suppliers and other logistic personnel. A Logistics Specialist is an essential part of every project, who assist logistic manager, project team and guarantees smooth expedition of our products throughout the world by road, air or sea.

Logistics Assistant Key Responsibilities

· Handle full set of shipping and I/E documents, help to apply government license if necessary. 处理全套物流运输文件，必要情况下协助申请政府相关许可证。

· Follow up the logistics issue of new arrivals and goods return, ensure all goods received are recorded properly and invoices are correctly, ensuring inventory accuracy. 跟进到货以及退货过程中的物流问题，保证正确登记所有产品信息和发票，同时确保库存的准确性。

· Coordinate with forwarders, agencies and internal departments for shipment arrangement. 协调货代、供应商和内部团队关于发货安排。

· Ensure all reports and documents are properly issued and filed as well as the systems are properly updated. 确保在系统中正确提交所有报告和文件并及时更新。

· Other job assigned by leader. 其他指定的工作内容。

Job Requirements

· 0-2 years working experiences in logistic field. 0-2年物流行业相关经验。

· Major in international trade/logistic management is a plus. 国际贸易或物流管理专业优先考虑。

· English - CET-4 at least. 英语达到4级水平。

· Good communicating skills, team player, proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details. 优秀的交流能力、团队协作能力、工作主动，对细节和数字高度关注。

· Able to work under pressure. 在确保质量的情况下能同时处理多个项目。

· Welcome outstanding fresh graduates. 欢迎优秀应届毕业生。
