Make weekly release schedule (MRP) for materials according to “Delivery Plan” of the customers and capacity & stock objective of the company.
Be in charge of release schedule follow up and ensure the materials should be received as order requests, cover the required of production
Inventory control based on production plan fluctuation, push out and pull in schedule of orders with reference to MRP requirement
Make segmentation analysis for each month，control inventory under reasonable level
Maintain planning data to ERP system such MOQ,PLT, Safety stock etc, and ensure to run ERP system
