You will experience cross function rotation in different brands. This is to help you get close understand of the brands and be familiar with different function and department operations.

 - For Management Trainee -Share Service Center

6 Months Retail Experience (Counter Base)

This is to help you accumulate the knowledge of the company and retail operations.

12+6 Months Share Service Center Rotation

You will experience cross function rotation in Share Service Center. This is to help you get close understand of different function and department operations in Share Service Center.

• Career Development

One on One Mentor

At each job rotation, there will be a designated leader to be your mentor, on-the-job coaching and mentoring is to help you learn and grow.

Various Training Program

This program provides you systematic training courses, including classroom training, online training and etc.

Challenging Projects

This is to provide you opportunity to participate in critical projects in various functions. You will work together with a project team

• Career Ladder

After completing the program, your starting position and brand will be identified according to the individual performance and brand preference.
