岗位职责：

－协助销售团队和法规部门完成对化学品合规软件数据的维护工作。

－协助销售团队录入和维护销售线索信息，如展会上收集到的名片信息等。

－协助销售团队完成数据筛选、管理及数据分析的工作。

－协助全球或本地团队完成其他指定项目。

  

Job Responsibilities:

－Assist sales team and compliance team to input and maintain data in chemical compliance software

－Support sales team to enter sales leads into CRM system, i.e., name cards from tradeshows

－Assist sales team to manage and analyze data information

－Work closely with local or global team to support other tasks/projects assigned

岗位基本要求：

－本科在读学生，研究生亦可，专业不限，优先考虑化学、化工等相关专业的候选人。

－寒假期间能够每日出勤，开学后一周至少保证出勤2-3天以上。
－本岗位为非技术型、非研发相关。
－大学英语四级或以上。

－能够在快节奏的工作环境中，从容应对并妥善处理多重事务。
－极其专注细节和准确性，有耐心和责任心。
－能按时完成各项工作、具备杰出的时间管理技能。

－能熟练运用微软办公室操作软件，如：Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint等。

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications

1. University or postgraduate students, Chemistry or a related major is preferred
2. Daily attendance during winter vacation and attendance at 2-3 days a week after new term begins
3. This is not a technical or research & development related intern position.
4. CET-4 or above
5. Ability to multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.
6. Quick learner, detail-oriented and high responsibility
7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse team
8. Proven proficiency Microsoft Office 2007/2010: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
