Job Description:
The HR internship takes the responsibility to support on managing and communicating various recruitment channels as well as the campaigns and promotions via social medias.
To be specific:
- To monitor the efficiency of each channels, its data and generate reports;
- To work on collecting and preparing right materials, editing articles that suitable for certain channels;
- To collect market intelligence for TA practices and initiatives, including market trend, efficient TA channels and agencies and so on;
- Support on talent mappings;
- Other work assigned by TA team.
Key Requirements:
- Organized and logical thinking;
- Passionate for learning new things, data, social medias, and proactive attitude;
- Data mining skills;
- Good reading and writing skills of English;
- A team player;
-          Familiar with Microsoft office tools.
