| 职位描述 | Key responsibilities ●Support the Partner and the Managing Consultant in growing our Consulting Department in country. The leadership structure for this Department is a partnership, similar to those found in Management Consulting ？rms so your typical day is similar to those in management consulting: ？Deliver the highest standards of quality on your projects; ？Ensure the highest level of quality of output to your clients; ●However, a big difference is that you will work closely with data scientist and data engineers to use big data analytics to crack the toughest Executive level problems. Data guys will write the code and algorithms in a business context. ●Big plus, you will take more responsibilities and have more client’s exposure from your very first day: ？Build proposals identifying client’s needs, meeting client’s requirements, answering RFP’s; ？Develop clients portfolio (business development and hunting), leveraging on existing clients, Group clients, personal networks, cold calls etc.; ？Monitor the commercial pipeline and follow-up with leads appropriately; ？Embark our clients into a transformation of their marketing department and make sure Artefact is their preferred partner in this endeavour; ●In addition, you will help grow our business...... | ||||||||||
