【Job Opening】 销售顾问/售前咨询顾问 Associate Consultant（管培生 MT）

【Location】 大连 Dalian / 深圳 Shenzhen

【岗位性质】全职/实习

【Responsibilities】

1、面向留学生海归等高端客户提供咨询，介绍公司服务，促成签约；

2、帮助客户进行职业定位分析、简历诊断等求职咨询，挖掘客户需求；

3、积极解答客户问题，维护客户关系；

4、参加专业培训与交流，提高咨询专业水平；

5、协助其他部门工作，完成领导交代的其他任务。

【Qualifications】

1、统招本科及以上学历，有人力资源、猎头、咨询、销售等经验优先；

2、具有较强的沟通协调能力、快速学习能力及团队协作能力；

3、责任心和进取心强，抗压能力强，能吃苦耐劳；

4、良好的英语读写能力，四级以上或相当；

5、在校期间有学生干部、社团工作、社会实践或实习经验优先。
