【Job Opening】 运营专员 Operation Specialist（管培生 MT）

【Location】 大连 Dalian / 深圳 Shenzhen

【岗位性质】全职 / 实习

【Responsibilities】

1、负责公司自媒体平台、微信等在线工具及社群的管理和运营；

2、负责对应客户咨询以及客户关系管理工作，协助相关部门与客户的沟通衔接；

3、负责平台及社群的维护和内容建设，提升平台流量和粉丝数，跟踪和优化运营效果，提升转化率；

4、负责相关报表的统计和整理；

5、完成公司布置的其他任务，服从公司安排。

【Qualifications】

1、统招本科及以上学历，学习能力和解决问题能力强；

2、较强的沟通表达能力，思维敏捷；

3、较强的责任心和团队合作精神，工作积极主动、认真细致；

4、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；

5、在校期间有学生干部、社团工作、社会实践或实习经验优先。
