Be responsible for School level HR supporting to local and expat staffs and working as the key person for the areas of payroll, performance appraisal, employee relations and foreign affairs supporting etc. which including
1. Payroll delivery
- Collect all payroll related details, such as OT claim, working record of part-time employees, etc.;
- Work with payroll vendor to ensure the correctness and timeliness of payroll delivery;
- Cooperate with Finance team for fund transfer and cost booking;
- Keep good filing of payroll records;
2. Performance appraisal
1.Conduct employee performance appraisal, including probation appraisal, annual appraisal, etc.
2.Implement learning & development initiatives/training programs to strengthen staffing capability.
3. Foreign affairs supporting
a) Give support to expat affairs for related teaching department.
b) Work closely with the 3rd party human resources agency.
Qualifications
1. Fluent speaking and writing in English;
2. Great communication and organization skills, ability to prioritize and strong stakeholder management;
3. Personality of Straight forward, open minded and proactive is preferred.
