Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is a 2-year programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment.

 

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

 

As a Business Transformation Expert, you will be involved in the following activities:

?   Support, advise, train within our process related tools and methods

?   Support the Global/local process teams, projects and daily operations

n  Ensure an updated and aligned BT Portfolio

n  Plan, conduct and measure process training and drive the business experts network

n  Deploy the change methodology in alignment with the BT process

n  Enable the global and local process teams to drive End to End Process Performance

n  Enable benefit realization of projects by delivering according to the BT process and the project/change management methods

?   Collaborate and align with relevant stakeholders

?   Administrate statistics and logs (surveys, systems or reviews)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To apply for the Future Talent Programme:

?   Master’s degree from university, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management or related fields

?   Projects’ leading experience in school or internship experience in a consulting firm, multinational corporation is plus.

?   You have good command of English and computer skills

?   You have genuine interest in collaborating across functions and customer service with focus on quality

?   True team player with good communication skills

?   You like to solve problems and you have a strong personal drive

?   Passionate about applying theoretical knowledge into actual challenges.

?   Good ability of logical thinking and proactive
