| 职位描述 | Door Mechanical Design Engineer Job Purpose and Scope: Make the design of project and solve the problem of production in any stage Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of drawing and part lists (production file) for project or new development. 2. Preparation of the project technical documents like mounting manual, maintenance manual… 3. Make the calculation of design and choose the suitable material for function 4. Discussing and solving complex problems with production engineering and manufacturing department, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers 5. Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints 6. Help after sales to go to customer site for training and solving the problem. Work Requirements: 1. Good English (oral and written) 2. Familiar with 3D and 2D design software, such as Pro/E, Auto CAD 3. Basic knowledge of electrical and software 4. | 职位描述 | Laboratory (Testing) Engineer Job Purpose and Scope: Plan, prepare and perform all testing activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and perform type testing and investigation testing activities for all projects 2. Maintain and follow all endurance tests going on 3. Organize the laboratory and perform the necessary investments 4. Write, update and archive all test plans and test reports 5. Conceive and acquire all the needed special toolings, jigs and automation materials 6. Have a scientific testing approach in all situations 7. Attend project reviews during development phase 8. | 职位描述 | Door Electrical Engineer Job Purpose and Scope: Make the electrical design and technical support of project and solve the electrical problem of production in any stage Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage selection, qualification & validation of new electrical components 2. Draft and design the electrical/control on the door system; 3. Specify and define electrical components according to general/customer requirements specifications; 4. Generate and maintain the electrical components list (BOM); 5. Design the door electrical components layout, cabling/wiring routine and details of electrical aspect; 6. Trouble shooting on site for the electrical system; 7. Support the other departments to clarify supplier and customer electrical technical questions; 8. Offer the training of company member and customer for the electrical fields; 9. Ensure close communication with counterpart in COC (Center of Competence, i.e Faiveley France) so that both sides work can be shared 10. Standardize the door electrical design platform: a) Build the standard components library; b) Build the standard schematic drawing library; Work Experience Requirements: 1. Good English oral, CET4 is required; 2. AutoCad is a must, ELCAD or Eplan is plus. 3. Familiar with electrical components, like circuit breaker, fuse, relay, contact, pushbutton, indicator, buzzer; DC motor is a plus; 4. Good communication skill, honesty and team work. | ||||||||||
