Business Operations Intern:
At AWS Professional Services, we are building a professional services operations team to work on enterprise customer engagements across the Greater China Region, and to help our partners develop technical expertise and capacity supporting these customers. To help grow and scale this business, we are seeking a Business Operations Intern to assist with the operational execution of our Professional Services business. Candidate should be a self-starter with strong analytical, organization, and communication skills.
AWS has a strong culture of data-driven decision-making requiring timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that delivers significant business value. This is a great opportunity for a creative, dynamic, and results driven specialist to add significant value to the AWS Business Operations team by managing customer data and executing on customer contracts.
Position will be located in Beijing, China
Responsibilities include:
Project & Resource management:
Facilitate the contract statement of work set up in a timely manner, closely interacting with Legal team and Business managers.
Ensure complete and accurate project set up and maintenance in consistent with the contract statement of work for all projects. Support the project monthly billing, response to customer request.
Monitor and analyze the resource utilization forecast, match resource with best project, driving the utilization of team resources.
Metrics reporting and analysis:
Work on the KPI planning for the GCR ProServe team, collaborate with global operation team to publish the metrics reporting on a regular basis, and generate business insight and feedback to the GCR leadership team for making hiring and investment decisions.
Continuous Improvements:
Help drive the launch of new projects / process; proactively identify and implement operational enhancements that meet business requirements.
Support the new service offer development, and drive the visibility of new offers by building up AWS wiki page and speak in internal events.
Required qualifications include the following:
Bachelor or Master Student.
At least 4 days a week till end of 2019 preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Preferred qualifications
Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative and analytical skills.
Proven experience optimizing project accounting and billing systems for a professional services business.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Business intelligence skillset (SQL, Tableau) would be a plus.

参与制定大中华区专业服务团队KPI,并与各个国家的运营团队密切合作,发布KPI报表。通过数据发现问题和方向,从而指导业务包括招聘节奏,专业服务团队构成,投资方向等。
持续改进:
帮助推进新的项目和流程落地;在工作中主动发现问题,优化运营流程,更好的为业务服务。
帮助建设专业服务团队的交付能力,通过公司网页,宣讲等形式提高认知度,促进业务开展。
岗位要求:
本科生或研究生,大三或大四保研同学优先。
每周至少四天,希望能长期实习到2019年底。
耐心认真,细致踏实;具备出色的沟通能力,主动性和抗压性。
优秀的英文能力,良好的逻辑思考能力及分析问题能力。

具有在专业服务业务领域优化流程和系统的经验
