Development Engineer产品开发工程师 Description: 1. Create and update the E-BOM, initiate ECR (Engineering Change Request). 2. Give the necessary inputs & specification to the designer. 3. Involve and coordinate other engineering function. Contribute to design review & product robustness. 4. Ensure consistency between GD&T (incl. Tolerance stacks) and process feasibility. 5. Take lead product level Geometry Convergence process. 6. Contribute to the product validations. 7. Define BOP specifications and ensure robustness of BOP development (supporting ASQ). 8. Support the PDL to reach the quality, costs and timing targets of the program. Propose and implement improvements actions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above 2. Intern experience in development, mainly on automotive interior parts/Plastic product (prefer) 3. High motivation, wiling to learn, team work, logical thinking, pressure containment…4.Able to work in a multicultural environment 5. Strong communication skills 6. Fluent English 7. Description：
The Process & Tooling Engineer is responsible for the design, specification, follow-up and implementation of the production tools, in line with planning, quality (including industry standards) and cost targets. The main missions of the role are to: 1. Gather input data from the product design team. 2. Manage process definition and ensure release of tools definition in appropriate Product Data Management (PDM) System. 3. Prepare and maintain the integrity of tool documentation for final tool acceptance. 4. Propose and implement product and process improvements to fulfil geometric requirements. 5. Act as the technical correspondent for the tool supplier (tooling offers and technical design analysis). 6. Make tools available for plants so that product and process characteristics are under control. 7. Apply Group standards under the Faurecia Excellence System (FES), as well as other internal and industry standards.
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above 2. Knowledge and experience in Project Management process 3. Knowledge of Production System Efficiency basics 4. Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills 5. International mind set 6. Minimum bi-lingual (English required) 7. Availability to travel
