Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the platform functionality and business processes related to their nominated functional area
1. Educate and prepare customers (external and internal) on core FNZ platform functionality
2. Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to develop solutions to meet business and technical requirements
3. In solution definition promote existing FNZ functionality, processes and 3rd party agreements wherever possible
4. Organise and run customer workshops and provide input into requirements on a consultative basis
5. Discuss, understand and document Systems specifications with project business analysts and development leads
6. Produce Systems artefacts as per FNZ SDLC
7. Contribute to and maintain a knowledge repository for solution orientated artefacts
8. Work with clients, business analysts, developers and testers to ensure business requirements are met and solutions are kept up to date
9. Ensure that any new business developments adhere to procedural and regulatory compliance requirements
10. Cross functional collaboration to address gaps in the business and technical solution
11. Identify and document any non-functional requirements related to the functionality
12. Provide guidance and clarity to technical resources around the business requirements
13. Provide regular updates to the Delivery Manager on progress to plan as well as key risk and issues
14. Provide timely estimates to the Delivery Manager
15. Support the management of defects and associated root cause analysis
16. Peer Review build artefacts for the function area assigned
17. Regular interaction with the Production Support and Operations functions throughout the lifecycle and post-implementation
18. Regular collaboration with all Systems Analysts to ensure there is a consistent and ‘best practice’ approach across all teams
19. Ensure all documents and collateral is “ready for build” and it is complete, relevant, meets SDLC standards and of a high-quality
20. Facilitate solution walkthroughs with developers and testers.
21. Review the quality of requirements, solutions and specifications against the number and nature of defects raised during the entire lifecycle. Support actions to remediate or improve the number of defects raised against a feature
