岗位职责：

MCON Group Originated from Europe, we plan and build IT systems enabling national and international clients to communicate at all customer touch points with their target groups. This includes customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and business intelligence (BI) projects. MCON has created and brought to market integrated solutions for call centers, opinion mining, and dealer management.

Key Responsibilities:

? You are part of a Quality Assurance Team to Support Senior QA Engineer.

? Ability to translate customer requirements into testable acceptance criteria (test cases, test data, test plan)

? Executing Black-/White-Box Tests

? Investigate, log, track and retest incidents

? Testing of high quality software products to meet agreed requirements – e.g. fat-clients, web-clients, modules, interfaces etc.

? Assign individuals in conjunction with area management to develop and implement validation test plans

Requirements:

? Good eye for details

? Good analytical skills to understand complex requirements

? Knowledge in test tools – e.g. Ruby on Rails, plugins like Cucumber

? Knowledge in test products – e.g. Testopia, Bugzilla, JIRA etc.

? Knowledge in one or more of the following tools is a plus:

? Junit, JSUNit, JMock, Selenium, WebDriver, Grinder, Fitnesse, Loadrunner, JMeter etc.
