Duties/Responsibilities:
职责
Handle employment, social security and house founding issue.
Maintain and update the staff database in HR Software.
Report required data correctly and timely
Record and track the attendance check/leave application of employees
Calculate C&B, OT and distribute monthly salary on time.
Make sure company sign labor in time with new hiring staff, and renewal labor contract and other insurance before deadline.
Collect internal and external data, and conduct other analyses to provide input into decisions about the Org’s compensation and benefit programmes.
Qualification & experience
资质与经验
University degree
At least two years related working experience
Fluent in written and oral English
Good computer skills
Ability to interact effectively with other employees and outside parties as required
