Job Responsibilities:
With the support of HRSSC Supervisor to complete the following tasks:
- Assist HRBP to prepare and sign training agreement with staff
- Assist to organize and implement training programs such as orientation training
- Collect online & offline training records and provide administrative support
- Maintain training database, deliver reports timely and accuracy
- Others work assigned by the managers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and passionate for the HR jobs
- Fresh or at least 1 year related working experience
- Familiar with national HR policy and local regulations
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
