Global Transaction & Payment Services (GTPS) is designed for domestic and international financial companies and institutions seeking support with transactions (bank, commercial and corporate transactions) and/or payments.
With a presence in over 50 countries, GTPS offers a comprehensive and integrated range of services based on the expertise of Transaction Banking and Payment Services.
In Asia Pacific, GTPS offers Global Transaction Banking services and products in 7 locations.
The Regional GTPS COO Asia Team ensures our IT and Operational Set up is align on Business priorities, and monitors the entity’s Operational Risks Framework.
Mission
During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities :
- Assist the GTPS Asia Operational Risk Manager, coordinating with each GTPS Asia desk.
- Represent GTPS Asia in Regional or Global Projects as required.
- Contribute or Lead ad hoc studies, in support of our Business Lines’ Strategy.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Hong Kong is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see ww***om.[点击查看]
Profile
You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University
Ideally you have past experience in process/business analysis, project management
You are fluent in English. French is a plus
You are proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint).
You have the following job skills:
- Business and Process Analysis: Business and Process Analysis skills will allow to precisely describe new business requirements or understand existing ones, in order to get the IT and Ops set up aligned as efficiently as possible to business strategy.
- Risk Analysis: A good understanding and analysis of risks, notably operational risks, is mandatory for this position
You have the following IT Skills:
- Excel remains a widely used tool for data crunching and analysis
- Understanding key Project Management concepts (work breakdown into tasks, monitoring dependencies, task planning and monitoring…) is key to efficiently help GTPS structure and lead its own projects and contribute to other projects.
