招聘岗位1：猎头顾问（职能岗位方向）

岗位职责：

1、调查/协助调查并研究医药行业，了解相关市场和客户信息，负责人力资源、财务、IT、运营等职能类岗位；

2、明细目标公司的组织架构及部门情况，电话沟通目标人选的基本信息、意向，了解并跟踪候选人的职业动态；

3、协助进行候选人的初试，并推荐候选人到客户公司，撰写推荐报告；

4、协助客户进行薪资谈判，确定报道时间并根据客户需要进行背景调查；

5、跟进候选人直至入职客户公司，并与候选人保持联系，建立相关行业人脉关系；

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，人力资源、医学、药学相关专业优先考虑；

2、接受应届生，一年左右人力资源或医药行业猎头、销售或咨询服务经验者优先考虑；

3、良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力，英语熟练，有一定的客户服务意识；

4、熟练使用Word、Excel等Office办公软件。

招聘岗位2：Researcher

岗位职责Responsibilities:
1. Provide efficient recruiting services to clients;
2. Work together with clients closely and keep good relationship with clients' recruiting team;
3. Keep good relationship with candidates;
4. Provide recruiting solutions to clients and candidates.
5. Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches;
6. Communicate with candidates for initial selection;
7. Further interviews with candidates, and complete assessment reports;
8. Coordinate interviews.

岗位要求Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above.

2. Able to work under pressure and responsible.

3. Proficient at interfacing with people, with warm personality and good communication skill.

4. Good English skills, CET-6 is preferred.
