Stout is a leading independent advisory firm specializing in Investment Banking, Valuation Advisory, Dispute Consulting, and Management Consulting. ww***com[点击查看] Responsibilities ？ Work as a junior team member under the supervision of experienced consultant, manager or partner for cross-border M&A transactions. ？ Conduct fact-based market research and analysis via secondary and primary sources ？ Support during the entire process of corporate finance advisory engagements as well as client business development stage ？ Participate in the due diligence and negotiation process Requirements: ？ Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable Chinese or International School ？ Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin ？ Prefer candidates who are analytical, responsible and smart ？ Prefer candidates with immediate availability 表现好的实习生可能会在几个月后转为正式员工。 | ||||||||||
