蜂巢能源科技有限公司（原长城汽车新能源动力电池事业部），于2016年12月正式成立，目前人员1300余人，博士30人，外籍专家50人。是一家专业从事汽车动力电池研发、试制、试验组装、量产以及原材料生产的新能源公司。公司立志跻身于欧美市场和高端OEM配套体系成为世界一流的新能源企业和电池供应商。

Svolt Energy Company Ltd. was established in Dec. 2016, including about 1300 personnel, 30 PDH holders and 50 foreign experts at present. It is a new-energy company which specializes in the research, trial-manufacture, testing, mass product as well as the raw material product of power battery. It aims to step into the markets in Europe and America and high-end OEM supporting systems and finally become a world-class new-energy enterprise and battery supplier.

市场分析  Market Analysis

自2012年以来在能源技术变革的推动下，全球新能源汽车产业取得爆发性增长，中国受政策扶持影响发展尤其瞩目，从2015年起至今成为全球规模最大的电动汽车市场；2017年6月，工信部、财政部等五部委完善并实施新能源乘用车“双积分”管理制度，对未来三年乘用车企业的新能源汽车积分比例提出明确要求。即将制定的燃油车停售时间表，也为新能源汽车产业持续稳定发展提供有力保障。

Promoted by the transformation of energy technology, the global new-energy automobile industry has achieved explosive growth since 2012. Supported by the policies, China makes particular progress and has become the world's largest electric vehicle market since 2015; In Jun. 2017, MIIT as well as the Ministry of Finance and other five ministries have improved and implemented the “double integration” management system for new energy passenger vehicles, and they have set clear requirements for the integral proportion of new energy vehicles in the next three years. The forthcoming halt sales of fuel vehicles will also provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of the new-energy vehicle industry.

产品及研发能力 Product Developing Capability

蜂巢能源科技有限公司遵循基于市场需求的产品开发模式，主要在汽车动力电池电芯、模组、PACK、电池管理系统的研发、试制试验、量产等领域开展业务，同时积极拓展上游矿产及正极材料加工及下游电池梯次利用、回收、储能等领域的业务。

公司致力于打造最具技术实力的电池研发中心，在全球规划布局5大研发中心，目前已有中国、韩国、印度研发中心，美国、日本研发中心正在规划筹备中; 截止到目前公司在动力电池领域已申请完成专利105项，其中发明型专利23项，实用新型专利82项。2018年预计申请专利300项，较2017年增量达到280%;

Following the product development mode which is based on the market demand, New Energy Battery R&D Center of Great Wall Motor mainly runs in such fields as automotive battery cells, modules, PACK, BMS, trial production, mass production and some other fields; and at the same time, it actively expands the business about minerals and cathode materials processing in its upstream and about battery echelon utilization, recycling, energy storage in its downstream.

The company is committed to build the strongest battery R&D center. And among the five centers, the ones in China, Korea and India have been established, and those in US and Japan are in arrangement. Up to now, the company has applied for 105 patents in power batteries, including 23 invention patents and 82 utility model patents. In 2018, it is expected to apply for 300 patents, an increase of 280% compared with 2017.
