• Manage sample stock/equipment stock, send sample/equipment to customer and record all according to Sales Manager’s request

• 根据销售经理需求，管理粘合剂样品库存和借用设备库存、将粘合剂样品/设备发快递给客户并在系统记录

• Tracking sample delivery and keep recording correctly

• 跟踪样品快递进度及记录

• Purchasing accessories for sample delivery

• 采购样品快递物品

• Maintain online stock through intranet

• 通过系统对样品库存进行管理和维护

• Documents arrangement for custom clearance according to leader’s request

• 根据主管要求准备清关资料

• Other logistics and administration work

• 其他物流及行政相关工作

JR：

• Bachelor or college degree of logistic, international trade, administration etc.

• 本科或大专，物流，国际贸易，行政相关专业

• Enough English skill for office work

• 具备办公室基本英语听说读写能力

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件
