Main duties and responsibilities:
- Handle daily incoming calls/faxes and express dispatching
- Guest or visitor's reception, giving appropriate arrangement and service
- Daily administrative include but no limit to visa application/transportation support/stationery/ company meal/ air ticket/hotel/ business card/water/office commodity purchase/ plant etc.
- Prepare payment request of office expense
- Support ECT to organize and arrange company’s activities
- Supporting some other HR department and Admin related job, including coordinate with HR manager and administration supervisor where required.
Required skills/experience:
- ***
- Good in verbal and written Mandarin language
- Good in understanding, speaking, reading and writing English
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Junior college or major degree in relevant field
- Computer skill, familiar with MS office including MS word, Excel, Outlook
- Friendly, smart, team player and strong sense of responsibility
- Office management and working experience in HR/ administration or related position preferred.
