1.Entry knowledge level in: Product domain, Requirements, Design, Development, Test and Release software processes, tools, methods and coding best practices with primary emphasis on software design and development.

2.Demonstrate an understanding of how to incorporate the appropriate ALRAC processes and tools into product development, resulting in increased product quality and improving customer satisfaction.

3.Gain the basic knowledge of software Requirement Engineering, including the process, methods, tools and best practices for requirements capture, trace and update.

4.Contribute to software engineering requirements capture, analysis and creation for well-defined software designs.

5.Gain the basic knowledge of software design, including the process, methods, tools and best practices.

6.Design, code, integrate, regression test, test and document software in areas such as: software problem reports, change requests, software components, and software test scripts.

7.Perform software debugging using appropriate techniques and tools.

8.Estimate, track, own and report project technical, cost and schedule aspect for assigned scope of work.

Qualifications/Requirements 任职资格和要求 : 

1.Education - Bachelor's Degree in  Computing Science, Software Engineering or equivalent domain..

2.Working Years - Not Mandatory.

3.Software language - C/C++. 

4.Office software - Knowledge of computer software to develop/maintain reports, memos, correspondence (e.g., Microsoft Word), presentations (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint), spreadsheets and databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access).

5.Practical software skills - Embeded software development and test experience in communication, automation control, interface processing etc. domain in university.

6.Bilingual - Chinese Mandarin and English communication skills are required.
