Job Title: Investor Relations Intern
Department: Investor Relations
General Summary:
Provide general support to IR department including preparing and maintaining IR presentations and packages, preparing and handling press release, participating in investor meetings and conferences, monitoring and updating current analyst and shareholder datas and supporting the strategic and industry research.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Executing investor relations daily work, including maintaining the corporate presentation, news release, investor data, marketing event coordination and industry research.
· Managing the development and execution of content for quarterly earnings release; coordinate and run quarterly earnings conference calls.
· Interacting with investors including: telephone calls, meetings and conferences.
· Working with the Finance team on required SEC filings.
· Developing reports and analysis to senior management and internal teams.
· Tracking IR department activity and performance metrics.
· Other duties as needed to support the IR department and senior management.
Work Experience &/or Education:
· Bachelor’s degree required; Master MBA degree preferred.
· Finance/Accounting/Economics/Public Relations background preferred.
· Least two-year work experience required.
Skills and Abilities:
· English native speaker equivalent English speaking and writing skills.
· Basic Chinese speaking and reading skills.
· Excellent communications skills
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
· Ability to multi-task and meeting deadlines
