【职位名称】招聘协调员 - 人力资源部

【地点】重庆

 

Responsibilities

Provide recruitment administration support to recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process

Act as a primary contact point for candidates, handling candidate inquiries from email and phone call

Coordinate recruiting process of job posting, interview scheduling, offering and pre-on boarding, etc.

Maintain recruitment data in recruitment management system

 

Qualification

Bachelor and above degree

0 - 1 year working experience within Human Resources, or a demonstrated career interest in relevant areas

English CET-6 or equivalent; Proficient in English written and oral communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Well organized, detailed orientated, number sensitive

Ability to handle high volume of assignment and work well under pressure
