【Responsibilities】
•Provide recruitment administration support to recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process
•Act as a primary contact point for candidates, handling candidate inquiries from email and phone call
•Coordinate recruiting process of job posting, interview scheduling, offering and pre-on boarding, etc.
•Maintain recruitment data in recruitment management system
【Qualification】
•Bachelor and above degree
•0 - 1 year working experience within Human Resources, or a demonstrated career interest in relevant areas
•English CET-6 or equivalent; Proficient in English written and oral communication
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Well organized, detailed orientated, number sensitive
•Ability to handle high volume of assignment and work well under pressure
