3.试用期3-6个月，入职交五险一金，社保按底薪交，上不封顶；转正交补充医疗险；
4.工作前期主要是开发客户，后期主要偏老客户维护（老客户转介绍）；
5.入职需要考证，一共2门，公司可协助；
6.工作时间自由，培训较多，假期长；
7.入职前需体检；
