ABOUT THE JOB
Be a strong contributor to store HR team, the purpose to add HR assistant role is to improve the service level of HR team, and support store HR team work effective, efficient and friendly.
HR assistant will support whole HR activities of people process.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
Secure Annual Co-worker Group Insurance implementation & Communication in store
Make annual uniform consumption and cost forecast, and ensure the uniform supplying. Secure co-worker areas reflect life at home spirit and monitoring the facilities.
Act as the backup for HR Administrative work- KRONOS check , social benefits data with local HR Bureau, Support HR team for store recruitment activities.
Support HR team for store learning & development activities.
