岗位职责 :
根据公司的流程和规范负责接受客户/代理的订舱,确保在舱位范围内接受订舱并熟练操作特殊货物,如危险品
协调公司各部门及外部客户,确保日常工作顺利进行
及时有效地解决客户提出的问题
Accountabilities
· To handle the booking acceptance from customers/agents and ensure the jobs comply with Global
CSU Procedure and other relative regulations.
· To coordinate with internal and external party to ensure the daily job handling smoothly.
· To assist entry point to monitor the booking situation within allocation.
· To handle the special cargo DG applications with high accuracy.
· To ensure problem solving with efficiently.
要求:
本科毕业
良好的英语沟通能力
有良好沟通技巧
有上进心和责任心
有压力下独立工作及解决问题的能力
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree and one year related working experience is preferable.
· Good command in English, CET-6 is must.
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Proactive, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
· Able to work independently under pressure
· Customer - driven and good problem solving ability
