Principal responsibilities
- To conduct risk & control assessment within CMB and ensure the key risks, controls and monitoring procedures are properly defined and articulated.
- To execute control monitoring and testing programmes based on business requirements, RCA outputs and other risk factors.
- To report risk issues, control monitoring and performance data to local management and committees.
To follow up and ensure remediation of issues arising from control monitoring and testing.
To support governance in risks associated with regulatory requirements.
To promote a strong compliance and risk awareness culture within CMB.
To prepare for and coordinate within CMB for internal / external audit, inspection and on-site examination of various governing bodies and ensure timely rectification of audit/exam recommendations
Qualifications
- Good commercial banking knowledge and familiar with commercial banking operations
- Good?analysis?&?communication?skills
- Good?command?of?both?written?and?spoken?English/Mandarin.?
