Internship Recruiting – Quantitative Research Analyst intern at First Manhattan Co. (FMC) First Beijing Investment Ltd
Company Profile:
First Manhattan Co. (FMC) is an investment management service provider based in New York City. Founded in 1964, the company manages investments with fundamental value investing approaches. Its asset under management (AUM) has reached over $16 billion, built on long-term client relationship. The company's founder David Gottesman, a longtime friend of Mr. Warren Buffett, is one of the board of directors of Berkshire Hathaway INC.
First Beijing Investment Ltd. manages FMC's Greater China fund, FM First Hong Kong Fund. With a strong team of experienced professionals, the fund has accumulated a total of 80% return over the past three years.
Introduction to our Quant team:
Job base: Shenzhen (remote work is acceptable)
Job description:
A research analyst intern at First Beijing, with competitive compensation, is expected to undertake:
? Understand and be proficient in using the in-house back-test platform QResearch
? Read equity and futures related publications and research reports
? Implement factors that may be effective in predicting future price movements
The program is expected to last for 2~3 months.
Qualifications:
? Majors in Finance or Statistics and related majors
? Skilled in using Python and SQL
? Familiar with financial literature
Compensation:
RMB 3,000base discretionary bonus

工作内容：
我们为Research Analyst实习生提供有竞争力的薪资，他的主要职责是：
? 理解并熟练使用我们的回测平台QResearch
? 阅读股票和期货相关的Paper和研报
? 将阅读中发现可能有效的因子在QResearch平台上实现
实习项目将持续2~3个月。
职位要求：
? 金融统计等相关专业
? 熟练使用Python和SQL
? 流利阅读金融相关的英文文献
