Responsibilities
? Work as a junior team member under the supervision of experienced consultant, manager partner for cross-border M&A transactions.
? Conduct fact-d market research and analysis via secondary and primary sources
? Support during the entire process of corporate finance advisory engagements as well as client business development stage
? Participate in the due diligence and negotiation process
Requirements:
? Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable Chinese International School
? Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin
? Prefer candidates who are analytical, responsible and smart
? Prefer candidates with immediate availability
该全职职位必须经过2-3个月的实习期，根据表现才可录用为正式员工。
